• International Shipping: 7–14 business days depending on destination and courier timelines.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred courier service.

Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Custom Fees & Duties (International Orders):

Any applicable customs charges or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These vary by country and are not included in our prices.

Because our jewelry is handmade, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong size provided by the customer

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

We do accept exchanges or repair requests in the following cases:

✔ The item arrived damaged

✔ There was a mistake in size due to our production

✔ You received a different item than ordered

Time Frame:

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Order number
• Photos of the issue

Once approved, the item must be returned in unused, original condition and packaging.

Exchange Shipping Costs:

• If the issue is from our side → We cover the return shipping cost.
• If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., resizing) → The customer covers shipping both ways.

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 30-day craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery, which covers:

• Loose stones due to production
• Faulty clasps or closures
• Soldering or structure issues

If any of these issues occur within the warranty period, we will repair your piece at no cost.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by water, perfumes, sweat or chemicals

• Scratches, fading, or discoloration due to improper storage

• Bending or breaking caused by force or misuse

• Lost or missing pieces of the jewelry

To preserve the beauty and shine of your Siwar Design piece, we recommend following these simple care practices:

Daily Care

• Put on your jewelry after applying perfume, lotion, or hair products.
• Avoid direct contact with water, sweat, and chemicals to prevent discoloration.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising.

Storage

• Store your pieces in a dry, cool place.
• Keep them in their original Siwar Design pouch/box to prevent scratching and tangling.
• Avoid storing multiple pieces together.

Cleaning

• Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth after each wear to remove oils and maintain shine.
• Do not use harsh cleaning products or ultrasonic cleaners, especially on pearls and cubic zirconia pieces.
  

Pearls
Pearls are delicate and absorb what they touch.

To keep them radiant:

• Avoid perfume and direct moisture.
• Wipe gently after wearing and store separately.
